A sound bath is a unique and meditative experience where you will be immersed in soothing sound waves. These waves, produced by a variety of healing instruments, including Gongs, singing Bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, rain-sticks, and even the human voice, create a truly special atmosphere.
The sounds are a carefully selected wash of instruments and voices. It has notable resonance and overtones, using crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments. 
During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs, sometimes called the Savasana position in yoga.

Please note: Our new Healing space is upstairs. It is 2 flights of stairs. 

To ensure your comfort and warmth during the sound bath, we encourage you to bring mats, blankets, and pillows. You will be lying on the floor, so these items will make your experience more enjoyable.
