Shoden Reiki Level 1 (Beginner):

Holistic Healing: Learn the physical and emotional methods of healing so that you can address the entirety of a person's well-being.

Self-healing Techniques: Empower yourself with techniques to rejuvenate and balance your own energy, fostering personal growth.

Hand Positions: Understand the fundamental hand placements for Reiki so that you can channel energy effectively to yourself or others.

The 5 Reiki Principles: Adopt life-affirming principles that pave the way for a harmonious and fulfilling life.

Sacred Reiki Symbols: Harness powerful symbols to amplify and direct the flow of energy, enhancing each session's effectiveness.

Engage in a transformative 21-day process to cleanse and recalibrate your energy, setting a strong foundation for your Reiki practice. This includes your Joya Modalities 21 Day Attunement Workbook & Facebook Group to support you as you and your cohorts embark on a guided introspective adventure, including journaling and Reiki Share, so that you can gain deeper insights into your own energy, aspirations, and healing journey.

Please note: Alcohol, coffee, or other mood-altering substances are to be abstained from for 3 days prior and throughout class days, as tradition and guidance suggests.

What to Bring: Pen or Pencil, Journal, brown bag snacks/lunch -- or funds to purchase at snack/lunch at area restaurant. Please bring what might help you feel comfortable during meditation time, i.e. yoga mat, blanket or pillow. WORKBOOK WORKBOOK with Assigned Reading available April 1st, 2026 at The Magickal Earth for early pick-up. The workbook is included in the course.
