Participants must have some experience in shamanic journeying. Please join us in circle as we create a container for spiritual divination and healing.
This event is being hosted by Bontoc Ancestor Medicine and is based on core shamanism techniques.

· A rattle or hand drum is suggested BUT are not necessary.
· Questions or healing requests for yourself.
· Pen & paper for notes.
· An eye cover (as needed) for your journeys.
· An open mind and open heart!
