Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow to settle into stillness and let celestial sounds guide you home to your heart.
Please note: Our Healing space is upstairs. It is 2 flights of stairs.
To ensure your comfort and warmth during the sound bath, we encourage you to bring mats, blankets, and pillows. You will be lying on the floor, so these items will make your experience more enjoyable.
